How Near You keeps your parcel safe
Delivery only works if people can trust it. We did not build one safeguard, we built seven, so that when one fails the next one catches it.

1. Every rider is verified
ID, driving permit, a selfie matched to the ID, referees, and the vehicle's plate and logbook. A person at Near You approves each rider. If something goes wrong, we know exactly who it was.

2. Riders put money behind your parcel
To take your job, a rider must hold balance equal to your item's value. It is locked from the moment they pick up until you confirm. Running away with the parcel costs them more than the parcel is worth.

3. Codes at every handover
The seller gives the rider a pickup code. You give the rider a drop-off code only when they are at your door. No code, no completed delivery. Photos, time and location are saved each time.

4. Live tracking
Follow the rider's name, photo, plate and position. If they stop too long or leave the route, you and our team are alerted. A rider can also press SOS.

5. Money is held until you receive the item
Your payment is held safely by a licensed payment provider and goes to the seller only when you confirm. You can also choose cash on delivery.

6. Protection charge
A small charge covers loss and damage in transit. Our officer inspects, and you are refunded or given another item.

7. If something goes wrong
A case opens with our team. They see the codes, photos, GPS trail and chat, and rule within 48 hours. You can appeal once. Cheaters are banned, and serious cases go to the Police.
What we cannot promise
No system makes theft impossible. We make it costly, traceable and compensated. New riders can carry only low-value parcels until they have a clean record. During the first months a real person answers disputes quickly.
